Awesome little place that is truly one of a kind! Food is delicious, and the service was amazing. The burgers are real hand-pressed and one of a kind. The Long Island Iced Teas are very good but watch out they are also very large! If you don't finish it, they will pack it up so you can take it home. Definitely recommend trying this place! We are sad that we just now found it!

Famous for their Long Islands, yes. For me it's the food and the service. Smash burgers are THE BEST. Pizza is great. Pastas are good. French fries (rosemary) are on another level. Place is always busy. Absolutely love it there!

I referred to these reviews over a year ago to take my now fiancee out on our first date out of anywhere in the Hillsdale/Jonesville area. Yesterday I took her here to ask her to be my wife. We've been quite a few times in between and each time has been a top notch dining experience, from the staff, the atmosphere, the food, and the history behind the place, I wouldn't change a singular thing. You can order anything here and it'll place at least in your top 5 best places for that food. I was a casket bearer and infantry team leader in the Army at Arlington National Cemetery and the DMV area is well known for it's food. I've also been to 38 states and have been to endless amounts of restaurants. This restaurant is by far my absolute favorite out of any I have been to. The owner, Richard, is a phenomenal guy and he puts a lot of passion into his restaurant and ensuring every customer is happy. I would also like to give a shout-out to our waiter from last night, Sam, who was so kind to record my proposal and take pictures. Everyone here is very wholesome and down to earth. I would and will recommend this fine restaurant to anyone and everyone.

Yesterday I visited Rosalie’s for the first time with my 7 year old. We went on a date and I wanted to find somewhere new and unique that we had never been to before. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. It’s located inside an old house .. a super inviting and beautiful brick home from the 1800s. The ambiance inside is cozy, decorated with vintage signs and memorabilia .. and a great little bar/high-top table area that makes you feel like you’re in another time and place altogether. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. They were very attentive to us from start to finish, and Sam, our server, was unforgettable, a total sweetheart that went above and beyond to take exceptional care of us. The drinks are enormous and sooo tasty (we had a special raspberry lemonade and Long Island), the pretzel appetizer was delicious. My son ordered his own cheese and mushroom pizza and ate over half of it .. and I had the BLT and fries .. all was amazing. I truly will recommend this place to everyone I know and can’t wait to return !!!

Rosalie’s is hands-down the best spot in Jonesville! I’ve been coming here for a while for their incredible burgers, pasta, and daily specials, but this time I happened to catch their French dip on special—and I have to say, it was the best I’ve ever had. I consider myself a bit of a French dip connoisseur. I’ve even been to Philippe the Original in downtown Los Angeles, where the French dip was invented. I thought that was good—until I had Rosalie’s version. The bread was absolute perfection—crunchy on the outside but soft inside, soaking up the au jus without ever getting soggy. The meat was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Every bite was incredible. Since the French dip isn’t on the menu every day, it’s one of those specialties you just have to catch. But honestly, everything I’ve had here has been top-notch. Beyond the food, the service is always fantastic. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Rosalie’s is a must-stop in Jonesville. You won’t regret it!

If you have not stopped in, you must! I've drove by this place over a hundred times while traveling over the last 30 years and I am so glad I finally visited. Try to go when it's not busy so you can check out this small yet beautiful and thoughtfully decorated restaurant. We had the peach and raspberry long Islands, coconut shrimp and a French dip. Everything was amazing! Definitely get the rosemary fries made with fresh rosemary, grown on site, and a perfect cheese blend. I wouldn't dare put ketchup on them in fear of ruining the wonderful flavors. Our server Ryan was very sweet and knowledgeable of the menu. Obviously, I loved the food, drink, decor and service. But I think my favorite part was meeting the owner, Richard. His passion and enthusiasm for his restaurant and the history was radiant. The trip wouldn't have been quite as amazing without meeting him.

Omg!!! Best French Dip I have ever had!! Food and service are top tier here, My wife and I have decided to make Rosalie’s are weekly date night spot . Can’t say enough good things about Richard, McKenzie, & the rest of the staff that make it possible . Highly recommended

Such a very historical place we loved it! You can sit on the main floor or upstairs! Food was great and our waitress we had was so on top of things like never having to wait on a refill just to say the least (even having to go up and down the steps then I totally had a brain fart and left my purse at the table and I was freaking out because I swore I had my purse when we left and they were closed on Sunday so I had to wait till Monday to call and sure enough my purse was there safe and sound and nothing missing That was our first time going to Rosalie’s but sure won’t be the last!!!! Just can’t say enough good about the place! Thank you again to all the staff who kept my purse safe and sound! And for the wonderful service!!!!!
